Signature Cocktail Week is a nationwide annual celebration of cocktails, bars and bartenders across Canada. St-Rémy invites the Canadian bar community’s best establishments to participate in an exclusive weeklong showcase of their unique St-Rémy Signature cocktails at their venues along with discovery experiences and special menu features.
From October 15 to October 22, 2023, participating venues in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal & Quebec City will excite cocktail lovers and showcase their most innovative St-Rémy Signature creations in whole new ways.

Our Master Blender
St-Rémy Signature is an innovative expression created by Cécile Roudaut, Master Blender at St-Rémy, who was just awarded the prestigious title of Blender of the Year at The Spirits Business Awards 2022 held at the Ivy Club in London on November 3, 2022.
Roudaut was selected ahead of talented legends across the spirits category from whisky to tequila with her exceptional savoir-faire, where her success has been demonstrated through continuing the legacy of the brand’s VSOP and XO expressions, creating the highly acclaimed Cask Finish Collection, and shaping a new face for brandy.
With the unique St-Rémy Signature, Roudaut explored new production processes and aromas while remaining true to French brandy making traditions. Its distinct youthfulness comes from the added maturation stage in small virgin oak barrels, giving the liquid intense spiced notes and verve. It then goes through a second maturation process in traditional brandy casks, which results in a smooth and authentic product, creating a moment of true harmony and the perfect balance of tradition and modernity.
